RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES:
If you would like to return or exchange your spell jar, please email bigmadgebtn@gmail.com to receive a returns address. Unfortunately, I have to ask that you are responsible for the return postage costs.
To receive a receive a full refund, your item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that it arrived in. If the item has been tampered with, I may refuse to refund you.
On the rare occasion that your spell jar arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage to bigmadgebtn@gmail.com, and we can sort out either a refund or a replacement.
